Legal knowledge lecture

At the invitation of Luoyang Tourism Development Group Project Management Co.,Ltd.,on the morning of April 28,2022,our lawyer Cao Mingzhe went to the Tourism Development Group Project Management Company to give a legal knowledge lecture.

Based on the nature of the project management company of the Tourism Development Group and its legal status in the process of signing and performing contracts,Lawyer Cao Mingzhe elaborated in detail on the legal risks faced by the employer in signing and performing construction contracts,including defect visas,project delays,design changes,completion settlement,and legal litigation.
