Henan Xianwei Law Firm was established in April 2010 and is a law firm directly under the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Justice.Its office is located on the 27th floor of Guobao Building,No.261 Kaiyuan Avenue,Luolong District,Luoyang City.It is rated as a"nine star law firm"by the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Bar Association.

There are currently 43 employees in our firm,and 9 partner lawyers have more than ten years of practice experience.Not only do they have rich practice experience,but they also have a wide social influence in the industry.Yang Xintao,the director of the law firm,serves as the president of the Luoyang Lawyers Association,and some lawyers hold various social positions such as special legal advisors appointed by the Luoyang Municipal Government,members of the Luoyang Municipal Political Consultative Conference at all levels,chairpersons of democratic parties,working committees of the Lawyers Association,directors of the Law Society,and members of the court expert group.Many practicing lawyers have a master's degree,the title of economist,the qualification of registered accountant,and the qualification of securities practitioners,and have the ability to work in multiple languages such as Chinese,English,and Korean.In addition to winning the titles of advanced collective and advanced grass-roots party organization for many times,our company was selected as the"Legal Service Base of the Yellow River Rushing to Market Cultivation Project"by Henan Province in 2019,and the"exemplary organization of Henan Lawyer Industry in the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic"by Henan Lawyers Association in 2020;Lawyers have successively won honors such as National Excellent Party Member Lawyer,Henan Province Excellent Lawyer,and Excellent Party Member.
