Dynamic | October Village (Residential) Legal Advisor Theme Event
According to the deployment and requirements of the Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Municipal Lawyers Association regarding the work of village(residential)legal advisors,and in accordance with the October theme activity plan of the Song County Bureau of Justice,Henan Xianwei Law Firm actively organized lawyers to go to Song County to carry out legal education activities such as"Sending Law to Campus","Sending Law to Enterprises",and"Sending Law to Rural(Community)".
In order to further enhance students'awareness of the rule of law and self-protection,and fully leverage the role of village(residential)legal advisors as"legal propagandists",on the morning of October 26,2021,Henan Xianwei Law Firm organized and led lawyers who served as village(residential)legal advisors to give a lively legal education lecture at Luhun Town Middle School in Song County.
Lawyer Xie Wenjing from Henan Xianwei Law Firm,with elements such as the Constitution and campus bullying as the theme,combined with real cases,comprehensively explained campus bullying behavior to students and proposed corresponding preventive measures.Lawyer Xie combines unfamiliar legal concepts with real-life situations around the key words of"respecting the law,learning the law,abiding by the law,and using the law",sowing the seeds of the rule of law spirit to students and inspiring their enthusiasm for learning the law.Moreover,Lawyer Xie also provided safety education to students on campus safety issues,warning them to always maintain a high level of self-protection awareness in their learning and life,pay attention to personal safety,and combine education with entertainment,which stimulated their enthusiasm for participation.My other lawyers also went to their assigned villages(residences)to carry out legal education activities.
Henan Province first provided legal consulting services for lawyer Li Jinxiang from a law firm in Nantun Village,Luhun Town,Song County.They collaborated with the village committee leaders to visit a villager's home and provided detailed explanations on the relevant legal affairs they raised.At the same time,they provided suggestions and opinions on compliance and legality.They must protect their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law and procedures,and prepared relevant legal documents and materials for them.
On the morning of October 26,2021,in order to promote the rule of law operation of enterprises and support their healthy development,Henan Xianwei Law Firm organized and led village(residential)legal advisors from Tianhu Town to conduct a special lecture on"Sending Laws into Enterprises"to optimize the business environment in the county's industrial agglomeration area.More than 30 enterprise managers participated in this event.
